DM542 is a type of two-phase hybrid stepping motor driver. The drive voltage of it is from 18VDC to 50VDC. It is designed to use with 2-phase hybrid stepper motor of all kinds with 42mm to 86mm outside diameter and less than 4.0A phase current. This circuit that it adopts is similar ton the circuit of servo control which enables the motor running smoothly almost without noise and vibration. Holding torque when DM542 driver runs under high speed, is also significantly higher than other two-phase driver, what´s more, the positioning accuracy is also higher. It is widely used in middle and big size numerical control devices such as curving machine, CNC machine, computer embroider machine, packing machine and so on.

Der DM5423 gehört zu den 2-Phasen Hybrid Schrittmotor Treibern. Die Betriebs***nnung liegt zwischen 18 bis 50 VDC. Der DM542 wurde für alle Arten von 2-Phasen Hybridschrittmotoren entwickelt, die ein Außendurchmesser von 42 bis 86 mm haben und einen Phasenstrom von weniger als weniger als 4,0 A benötigen. Der Schaltkreis ähnelt denen der Servosteuerung und ermöglicht es dem Motor, geschmeidig sowie lärm- und vibrationsarm zu laufen. Wird der Antrieb mit höherer Geschwindigkeit betrieben erhöht sich das Haltemoment und die Positionsgenauigkeit.
